  • What is your turnaround? For a listing this is the whole question. Hold them to twenty-four to forty-eight hours.
  • Are you licensed to fly? Commercial drone work needs a Part 107 certificate. Ask to see it. The liability is yours too.
  • Do you shoot twilight? The shot that sells the house. It means a second visit, so it is priced separately.
  • What format do you deliver for the MLS? Portals have specifications. A file that will not upload is not a delivery.
  • Do you move anything? Some stage, some will not touch a thing. Know which before the day.
